Well, that depends completely on your definition of God. If you believe in him as a religious deity, he probably doesn't. Worshipping an old man in the sky is idiotic enough, but crediting him for all creation and that prayer would make a difference outside of the possible difference made by non-religious means is just pure retardation.
Now, using God as a type of symbol of a greater intelligence... there's where the difference is. Almost all types of science shows an orchestrated series of events. The chances of the universe being created, Earth being created, life being able to be sustained, and life evolving to where it is today is nearly infinitely small. You'd be more likely to teleport, gain knowledge of all things, travel through time and dimensions, AND live forever. (Remind you of anything?)
The only thing is, can anyone possibly ever understand such organization of life and the universe or the intelligence behind it? Probably not, but that's no reason to turn to deities as a way of explanation. The best thing to do is just to keep looking for a true answer - and never one based on faith; instead, use knowledge and fact.
